• Basic Facility Construction of Distance Education
  The university's local area network interlinks with China Education ＆ Research Net by Nantong intercollegiate metropolitan area network. The university's local net has its own independent domina and uniform resource locator. The cables cover the main teaching building, lab, branch area and students' apartment.
  With the net application system bring updated for many times, its functions of serving and supporting the teaching become more and more completed. Besides offering exam information, teaching arrangement, and score inquiry, our network can also offer such service as BBS discussion, classes on network, evaluating classes on line, VOD etc.
  In addition, the university has a set of two-way visual meeting system, 2 sets of data satellite accepting system, 10 standard classrooms, 11 multimedia classrooms, 6 computer-practicing rooms, 2 multimedia language rooms and 300 computers. These facilities set excellent conditions for the distance education.
